REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from eligible, qualified and experienced suppliers/firms for the Supply and Transportation of Bridge Materials at Shuist Yarkhoon Valley, Upper Chitral.
The procurement includes the supply, loading, transportation, unloading and delivery of various bridge materials, including structural steel sections, steel wire ropes, GI pipes and fittings, MS plates and checkered sheets, nuts and bolts, U-bolts, clamps, bulldog grips, thimbles and related materials, as specified in the RFQ/BOQ.
Interested bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, technical and financial capacity, including at least two (1) successfully completed similar contracts with a cumulative value of approximately PKR 8 million and an annual turnover of at least PKR 5 million for each of the last two financial years.
Bidders are required to submit Bid Security equivalent to 2.5% of the total quoted bid value in an acceptable form as specified in the RFQ.
Sealed quotations should be submitted by hand or courier to Regional Office AKRSP, near Shahi Qilla, Chitral, by October 30, 2026, COB. Late submissions will not be considered.
