TENDER ADVERTISEMENT
Sealed bids are invited from reputed suppliers for supply & transportation of distribution network equipment for Shole Arakari 300kW MHP located in the Lower Arkari Valley of District Lower Chitral KPK. Sealed bids should reach this office on or before 07 September 2023, through courier/registered mail OR can be dropped in tender boxes available in AKRSP Chitral and Booni Upper Chitral Offices.
Terms and Conditions
- The tenderer should ensure that they have visited the site before tendering for the supply.
- The conditional, incomplete, and overwritten tender submitted by the bidder will be liable to be rejected.
- If two or more contractors / firms become the lowest by quoting the same rates for this work, the decision of the procurement committee to accept the tender for award of contract will be final.
- The supply will be carried out according to the specification and design / drawings approved by AKRSP.
- The payment will be made according to the milestone mentioned in RFQ subject to availability of funds provided by donor.
- The supplier will have no right to claim any interest on account of the delay in making payment for work done because of non-receipt of funds well in time.
- AKRSP reserves the right to change the quantity (increase or decrease) as per site conditions at any time.
- AKRSP reserves the right to cancel or reject any/all bids without assigning any reason (s) thereof.
- The bidder is required to submit 2% of the bid value as bid security in form of Banker’s cheque, demand draft or CDR etc. Cross cheque as a bid security shall not be acceptable.
- Bids are required to be submitted in two stage envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. Bid security needs to be submitted in a technical bid envelope.
