INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) has been working in Chitral since 1982. AKRSP invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the civil works of the Sonoghore–Parwak 500 kW Mini Hydropower Project, Upper Chitral, comprising two separate lots.

Bidding shall follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 October 2026 at the AKRSP Regional Programme Office, near Shahi Qilla, Chitral.

Bid submission deadline: 30 October 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by hand or courier to the AKRSP Core Office, Babar Road, Kashroot, Gilgit. Late bids will not be accepted.
