Announcement for the Position AKRSP
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) is a private, non-profit company established by the Aga Khan Foundation in 1982 to help improve the quality of life of the villagers of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral (GBC).
The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme is seeking applications from qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Manager Education and ECD – Regional Programme office, Chitral.
Requirements:
- Education:A Master’s degree, in educational leadership, ECD, health & nutrition, teacher education, school improvement, or educational/ECD evaluation from a reputable and recognized institute.
- Required Experience:A proven record of a minimum 5 years in education/ECD – children 0-3 yrs, pre-primary to secondary education; teacher education, with a knowledge of government sector education/ECD in Pakistan/majority world. Experience and a strong commitment to community/NGO participation in education and innovative approaches.
- Skills: A drive for results, resilience with strong analytical skills and abilities in programme development, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Ability to write concise reports of high quality.
